CETel GmbH is ready to operate SES WorldSkies NSS-12 and Arabsat 5A

[Bonn, 01-01-2010] CETel GmbH, the German Teleport & Satellite Service Provider has contracted one full 36 MHz transponder on SES WorldSkies NSS-12 and one full 72 MHz transponder on the upcoming Arabsat 5A in order to fulfill their growing demand for satellite services into Africa and the Middle East.
On NSS-12 at 57° East, CETel will operate from a 6.1m (later 9.3m) ku-Band antenna iDirect, LinkStar and SCPC services. For a detailed coverage see

Arabsat 5A is planned to be launched in May 2010 and will become operational beginning of July 2010. CETel will operate a 9.0m antenna on Arabsat 5A and will provide iDirect, DVB-S2 and SCPC services. Please find the coverage at
