Infrastructure

To provide high-quality services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days the year, we rely on our state-of-the-art redundant infrastructure. Our own Teleport premises measure 30.000m2, located in Ruppichteroth near Cologne and Bonn, Germany, meet the highest standards in terms of reliability, security and redundancy.

For network connectivity we are connected redundantly to the local fiber ring, from where connect directly to the Internet, MPLS networks and the SDH cloud via various TIER-1 and TIER-2 providers. We operate our own Autonomous System (AS39151) and act as a Local Internet Registry to implement and operate our customers’ networks.

The satellite antennas for Standard C-Band, Extended C-Band and Ku-Band can easily up- and downlink directly to geo-stationary and inclined satellites between 68° West and 75° East.

Our Network Operation Center (NOC) is operated directly at our Teleport and is staffed around the clock to provide 24/7 helpdesk support for our customers.
